Admission Procedure
Students are admitted to class Nursary To I. Application for this class is ordinarily taken three months prior to the commencement of the academic year. The dates of application are announced every year on the School Notice Board and also through various means of communication. The academic year begins in the first week of April. Normally, casual vacancies in other classes are filled in after the commencement of the academic year.
All students applying for admission are normally asked to appear for an admission test and an interview.
After the test and interview, the school authorities make the selection of candidates. The decision of the school authorities in the matter of selection of candidates will be final and parents/guardians, when they apply for their child's admission to Allied International School are requested to accept this decision as final.
An affidavit stating the date of birth should be submitted at the time of admission. No further change will be made once this date has been registered in the school records.
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the candidate's mental ability and the educability of the candidate at Allied International School.
Apart from the minimum qualification prescribed by the Central Board, the school has its own norms of eligibility for admission. Eligibility will depend on the following :
- If parents have any grivances/Suggestion to offer, they are welcomed to write to Principal or to meet him in person from 10:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M.
- Since parents and teachers have common goal of bringing into children and all around development of Personality, Physical, Mental and Moral, we appeal to the parents for their full co-operation in all matter concerningthe education of their children.
- Please See your ward's Diary everyday and follow the principal's/teacher's remarks and messages and sign as a proof of it.
- Please send your ward to school only if he/she is physically fit and is in a position to continue to till the class is over.
- Parents are advice to see that good habits pertaining to studies, Morality food and health which are taught in the school are continued when the child is at home.
- Student's Regularity and Punctuality are to be maintained. No leave is accepted without absent notes. It is medatory for the parents to inform about absence/leave of their ward well in advance to the school
- Ensure that all the books and notebooks are covered with brown paper.
- Ensure that your ward come to the school with proper uniform with polished shoe, trimmed hair and clean nail.
- Don't walk into the classroom or meet the teacher in the classroom. Meet the teacher only with the prior appointment to the principal.
- Don't send money or valuable article with the student. The school owes no resposibilty, if they are lost.
- Student must be directed by their parents to maintain cordial relation with their classmate and pay respect to the teacher, Non-teaching staff and senior students.
- Student are not allowed to bring Mobile Phone and bear any kind of Gold/Silver ornaments in the school.
